It is actively involved in research projects for enhancement in industrial process effluence via biotechnology. Our R&D unit is designed in various labs facilities such as Application lab, Biochemistry lab, Fermentation lab, Microbiology lab, Instrumentation lab and Sterilization room.
Catalysts R&D unit is well renowned due to the qualified scientist & co-workers who conducts various projects for the development of Eco-friendly and economical products for the industries like sugar, molasses, starch, malt, grain and brewing in India and abroad. Further R&D team continuously focuses on new projects considering future aspects at both domestic and global level.
PC-I: Applications of industrial enzymes for foods & beverages industries such as starch, sugar, malt, molasses, grains & alcohol and fruit juices and confectioneries.
PC-II: Isolation and characterization of high yield producing microbial strains (Bacteria & Fungi) for generic industrial enzyme production for industrial applications.
PC-III: Utilization of food industrial waste for animals & agriculture applications.
PC-IV: Physico-chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, active ingredients & competitor samples for new product development.
We have 2 manufacturing units which is located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand,India. These units are well-equipped and certified with FSSC 22000, QMS system-ISO 9001:2008 and FSSAI. These manufacturing units are currently focused on continual improvement in the process of recovery, purification and blending. The infrastructure permits batches of different sizes with human friendly sterile environment by following GLPs and CGMP practices. Process related quality management system is implemented in the entire manufacturing premises to achieve consistent quality in products.
